Privacy notice

This website currently collects nothing about you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no tracking pixels. The only third-party request it makes is to Google Fonts for the typefaces you're reading.

The forms on this site don't submit data to a server — they open your own email client, so anything you send us arrives as an ordinary email from you, on your terms. Emails you send to [email protected] are used only to reply to you and deliver what you asked for. We don't sell personal information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

When you order a scan, we read the public pages of the site you point us at, the way any visitor's browser would. Our scanner identifies itself, respects robots.txt, never submits forms, and never touches your site's visitors or their data.

Payments are handled by Stripe, on Stripe's own checkout pages — your card details go to Stripe, never to us. From a purchase we receive what we need to deliver: your email address, the site you asked us to scan, and the payment record. We use them to run your scan, send your report, and honor refunds — nothing else, and we don't sell or share them.

A complete formal privacy policy — including the consent-gated session analytics used in our Behavioral tier — will be published here after review by counsel. Until then, the commitments on this page govern every purchase, alongside the Terms & Conditions.

Refund policy

The Deep Scan comes with a 14-day, no-questions refund. Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with and we'll refund the purchase in full — you keep the report. Monthly subscriptions cancel any time and stop billing at the end of the paid period.

The headlines: scans run only on sites you own or control and you confirm this when ordering; findings identify issues and never certify legal or accessibility compliance; dollar estimates are ranges from stated assumptions, never guarantees; privacy and accessibility flags are observations, not legal advice; and there's a 14-day no-questions refund on one-time reports.
